WTF?

The Cowgirls was co-founded in 2024 by Cali Oliver, Ali Alvarez, and Verity Fenner as bring the female perspective to commercial communications, to value missing voices, make room for new ones, and build creative work in a way that actually values its people. As the studio's Creative Directors, the three lead and create all the work coming from the studio. 2026 sees Matt Brown joining as Managing Director and Partner, bringing a career of global PR and earned-first experience.

Together they have a shared vision for what a studio can be... No burnout, no egos, just brilliant people who want to make brilliant work.

We bring something we see missing out there: The female voice. This matters in brand work because 80% of purchasing decisions are driven by women. Let’s leave that there.

This isn’t a lens or trend but a hard fact. A Cowgirl perspective is a hard-won instinct that sharpens strategy, strengthens creative and makes the work connect.

We put this perspective to multi-channel work and have won awards from Cannes to D&AD to International Film festivals for global brand platforms, social and earned-first campaigns, short and long form films, and even live events.

We're here to care for the work, the people and the patch of earth we all take up - working to always leave each better than we found them. And at the end of the day, a Cowgirl rolls their sleeves up to work hard and get home in time for dinner.
