WTF?

We were founded in 2024 by Cali Oliver, Ali Alvarez, and Verity Fenner. Each brings decades of experience, having worked in London's top agencies and production companies, with stints in Amsterdam, Tokyo, New York and Los Angeles. We call London home, but we work across the cities we’ve made friends with.

We bring something we see missing out there: The female voice. This matters in brand work because 80% of purchasing decisions are driven by women. Let’s leave that there.

This isn’t a lens or trend but a hard fact. A Cowgirl perspective is a hard-won instinct that sharpens strategy, strengthens creative and makes the work connect.

We put this perspective to multi-channel work and have won awards from Cannes to D&AD to International Film festivals for global brand platforms, social and earned-first campaigns, short and long form films, and even live events.

We’re out to change the way we make great work: bringing storytelling, craft and humanity to all of it. Us Cowgirls are a rare breed, and so we champion and value unrepresented voices; knowing they make the work more diverse and stronger. We believe in and empower those that ride with us, knowing it takes a multi-talented team to make great things happen.

We're here to care for the work, the people and the patch of earth we all take up - working to always leave each better than we found them. And at the end of the day, a Cowgirl rolls their sleeves up to work hard and get home in time for dinner.
